IronMATE 1-2-1 Triathlon coaching

Each training plan is tailored to your background, current fitness, goals, event demands, and available training time. You’ll receive structured, progressive weekly plans with detailed daily swim, bike, run, and strength sessions — no two workouts are the same. Injury prevention is prioritised through careful load management to ensure consistent progress.

We communicate regularly to review performance and adjust your programme. If life gets in the way, alternative sessions and practical guidance keep you on track. Your training data is continually analysed to optimise race readiness. Bronze, Silver, and Gold packages are available, with a minimum 18-week commitment for lasting results.

£25 per week

Time efficient training plans to fit into your lifestyle to make sure you achieve your passion. Fee must be paid prior to providing your day by day training plans.

  • We chat in detail about your past sporting background, aims, ambitions, dreams and availability to train.
  • I prepare your first time efficient training plan.
  • I track your progress, you provide weekly feedback.
  • Together we cover all facets of your goals including sports nutrition advice for training, recovery and events.
  • When life gets in the way of training, I help you get back on track.
  • Post event analysis and feedback. With this knowledge unique to you, you can go on to keep improving and avoid mistakes and errors.
